All of the metal options we offer are durable and suitable for everyday wear.

Is there nickel in any of the metal/jewelry?

Do you offer jewelry repair?

How to care for and clean jewelry

If you are active it’s very important to take off your ring when lifting weights, climbing, gardening, etc. These activities can scuff, scratch, mis-shape your ring and possibly chip any gems. Be mindful also of metal-metal contact because that can lead to irreversible damage. We recommend purchasing a silicon ring to wear in its place during these activities.

The best way to clean your ring is to have your rings inspected and cleaned every 6 months. We offer this for the life your Everling jewelry if you have to be in the Seattle area. Just send us an email to get the scheduling link. If you are farther away, take your ring to a local jeweler. They will usually clean your rings for you for free or a very small charge.

Between professional cleanings, you can also clean your rings at home with warm water, and a soft toothbrush. This will loosen any build up behind diamonds and gemstones, but won’t polish the metal. Regardless of the finish you choose, whether that’s high polish or satin, it will fade over time to the metal’s natural patina. To have this redone, you will need a jewelers help.

Do you offer Rhodium Plating?

No. Not only does this hydroelectric process off-gas toxic elements, but we also love using the metal colors as they are instead of trying to enhance them with a whiter metal.

How do I know what width to get in millimeters?

Typically, the thinner the ring, the more comfortable it is. We are happy to help if you have questions!

Can I add an engraving?

Yes! We can do inside or outside engravings. For lettering inside the ring, this is a script font. For engraving designs on the outside of the ring, we can customize these as needed.

Can I add texture?

Yes! We currently offer 3 different textures. Klein, Maddox, Hammer.

Can stones be added?

Of course it depends. We only work with durable diamonds and gems. Please let us know what you have in mind in the contact message.

Will you work with stones that I provide?

Yes, but again it depends on durability.

I have a pile of old jewelry sitting in my jewelry box at home. Is there anything you can do with this?

Yes. What is better for the environment and sentimentality than reusing old materials? It is a lot of fun to help clients determine what pieces have value, which diamonds and gemstones are worth saving, and how any unused materials can be discarded and put toward the cost of your new jewelry.

What if I don't like the finished ring?

We want you to love your jewelry. Please let us know within 14 days after pick up or shipping so we can discuss changes/modifications. If you are surprising someone with a gift, please advise us before the project, as these terms may not apply. We are happy to discuss these details before getting started on your ring or band.

This is a surprise, and I am worried the recipient of my gift won't like the finished jewelry. What are my options?

We pride ourselves on great detective work, and with your help, we are able to gather really good information about the recipient's style. If you are still concerned, we can talk about ways to do a partial, bringing them into the conversation to finish out the details.

How can I visualize the finished piece?

We want you to love your jewelry, and will work with you in various ways to help you visualize the final product. You aren’t on your own in this jewelry buying journey. We are here to help!

Do you offer appraisals?

No. Each piece of jewelry comes with a detailed bill of sale that you can submit to insurance. Though some insurance companies require a 3rd party appraisal. You will want to look in your area for a certified graduate gemologist and appraiser.
